He is a practical psychologist and American Board of Neuro Linguistic Programming (ABNLP) certified NLP trainer, NLP practitioner and NLP coach. He is passionate in the study and the understanding of human behavior! Being a practical psychologist and an NLP coach, trainer and practitioner greatly distinguishes him from most coaches, teachers. and trainers.
He is a prolific brewer of ideas, a blogger, a thought leader and the Lean Agile Guru.
He has over 36 years of experience in the software industry with various companies in three continents: Asia, Australia and North America.
He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering (Board Certified) and an M.B.A. (Master of Business Administration and Technology Management).

Dan is a SAFe Program Consultant (SPC 5.1), Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Facilitator, and Trainer, with over 24 years of Professional experience, working in Agricultural Sciences, Banking, Educational Services, Federal Government Consulting, Health Care, Industrial Supply, and Mortgage Finance. Dan holds a Bachelor of Sciences from University of Wisconsin and a Master of Science from American University.
Pete (SPC 5.1) has over 25 years of experience from various industry backgrounds. He has solid Agile experience backed by a lot of certifications. He is also a very savvy technologist, an astute businessman and a master in marketing. Pete Spadaro is a veteran in the field of technology and experienced working with development teams and departments. Pete’s journey into the world of Agile methodologies has been an exciting and eye-opening one. Since his first experiences on a Scrum team Pete has witnessed the tremendous benefits Agile offers over the old way projects were managed. Pete continued learning and growing since those early experiences and now holds a handful of certifications related to Agile, Scrum, and coaching, and applies the breadth of those experiences in his work. He is a firm believer in continually expanding his knowledge and experience and always looks for opportunities to learn, grow, and share knowledge with other professionals.

Steve (SPC 5.1) has over 30 years experience in the software development industry. Steve is an avid evangelist of “Good Agile” working with Teams as their resident “Agile Therapist” – working through the challenges and opportunities of a great Agile Transformation. Steve has been a Developer, Analyst, Team Leader, Business Consultant, Entrepreneur, and now serves his present Team as their RTE & Senior Scrum Rascal.
