He is a prolific blogger, a thought leader and the Lean Agile Guru.

Pete Spadaro, COO, CFO, CIO and Founding Partner
Pete (SPC 6) has over 32 years of experience from various industry backgrounds. He has solid Agile experience backed by a lot of certifications. He is also a very savvy technologist, an astute businessman and a master in marketing. Pete Spadaro is a veteran in the field of technology and experienced working with development teams and departments. Pete’s journey into the world of Agile methodologies has been an exciting and eye-opening one. Since his first experiences on a Scrum team Pete has witnessed the tremendous benefits Agile offers over the old way projects were managed. Pete continued learning and growing since those early experiences and now holds a handful of certifications related to Agile, Scrum, and coaching, and applies the breadth of those experiences in his work. He is a firm believer in continually expanding his knowledge and experience and always looks for opportunities to learn, grow, and share knowledge with other professionals.

Steve Stanley, President and Founding Partner
Steve (SPC 6) has over 37 years experience in the software development industry. Steve is an avid evangelist of “Good Agile” working with Teams as their resident “Agile Therapist” – working through the challenges and opportunities of a great Agile Transformation. Steve has been a Developer, Analyst, Team Leader, Business Consultant, Entrepreneur, and now serves his present Team as their RTE & Senior Scrum Rascal.
Steve works with Leaders, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Technology Professionals and Software Teams in the adoption of an Applied Lean Agile model and approach. Steve is passionate about Coaching, Training, and Team Equipping – and he makes it his Mission to support the adoption of sound Agile values and principles by instilling the Mindset of “Good Agile” as the foundation of every Team through Inspiration, Motivation, and Accountability.
