To me, cooking is an art … creating something that nourishes our body… mind… senses… even soul.

But it is not a given … love + purpose + creativity + passion + visualization + desire + belief + action, are the magical ingredients… in the pursuit of the achievement of things that are desired and believed in.

I love creating things. It is satisfying to me to see something in my mind then seeing later for real.

You get to manifest. Thoughts are things!
