To me, cooking is an art … creating something that nourishes our body… mind… senses… even soul.
But it is not a given … love + purpose + creativity + passion + visualization + desire + belief, are the magical ingredients… in the pursuit of the achievement of things that are desired and believed in.
I love creating things. It is satisfying to me to see something in my mind then seeing later for real.
You get to manifest. Thoughts are things!
Anyway …
I cooked a lot on father’s day… by choice and design. I visualized the food that I will be cooking… way before father’s day.
I was so excited that the eve of father’s day, I could not sleep… too excited… about the event itself… and serving my family the best food creations ever by me for lunch and dinner.
Everything is seen twice: during visualization and upon creation.
I was so happy that it turned out as I have had visualized… even better.
This visualization is applicable in SAFe as well. Visualize everything!
